Office Manager

Tribus Digital is a design and development agency specialising in Business Process Transformation.

Based in Leeds, our team is made up of some of the most experienced digital solution creators in the industry. We work with the likes of Willmott Dixon, Wates, John Adams & Intex developing innovative tailored software and web solutions to help them transform their day-to-day operations.

Due to a significant period of growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to look after the day-to-day management of the office. This is an important role within the business to ensure the office runs smoothly and our colleagues are well looked after.

Your day-to-day at Tribus will include:

  • Become the front-of-house contact for Tribus Digital to our customers, partners and staff both in person and over the phone
  • Assist in recruitment by keeping job specs up to date and arranging interviews with the relevant teams
  • Arrange and coordinate staff equipment - both in the office and for remote working
  • Onboard new team members including preparation of offer letters, contracts & inductions
  • Manage staff perks programme
  • Assist with management of staff review process, making sure all team members are well looked after
  • Maintenance of office including stationary & kitchen supplies, general tidiness
  • Assisting with safety guidelines and communications within the office space (e.g. Covid guidelines)
  • Organise monthly company meeting & coordinate and distribute weekly comms bulletins
  • Manage training budget for staff members, facilitate internal learnings from these sessions
  • Diary management of Directors where needed
  • Handling sick, parental & annual leave
  • Arrange and coordinate staff socials
  • Arrange refreshments and catering for meetings

Things we’d like to see;

  • Proactive, organised, enthusiastic and great communication skills
  • Previous experience of office management, preferably within a creative/ digital/ design agency
  • Good IT/ Microsoft office skills
  • Work well under pressure and a good problem solver
  • A people person! You’ll be the glue that holds us all together.
