What you'll be doing
Execute paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of B2B, B2C, and D2C clientele operating within various sectors.
Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to meet clients agreed KPIs.
Monitor campaign budgets - ensuring spend is managed efficiently and delivers ROI.
Support Senior Digital Marketing Manager to grow existing client accounts through performance improvements, and identifying new opportunities.
Support with the delivery and evolution of on-page SEO strategies, in collaboration with developers and content writers.
Conduct conversion rate optimisation tests across websites to continuously optimise routes to conversions.
Support the production of clear, data-driven reports and insights for clients, demonstrating results and recommending next steps.
Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing, Project Managers, and wider team to ensure campaigns are insight-led and aligned to client objectives.
Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging opportunities.
What we'd need to see:
Proven experience (2+ years) implementing & delivering successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of paid media, SEO & digital analytics.
Experience in campaign optimisation, CRO and A/B testing.
Ability to present results and insights to clients in a clear, actionable way.
Excellent organisational skills, with experience using project management tools.
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth, both for clients and for Tribus Digital.
